Is there any surgery you can get to stop Nosebleeds?

All my life, I have had trouble with nosebleeds. I have von willebrand, apparently. I have been to my doctor's and an ear, nose & throat specialist. I have gotten my nose cauterized. I have desmopressin nasal spray. I take aminocaprioc acid. But the nosebleed is still there. It doesn't happen as much as it used to but I don't like it when it comes out of the blue! It's highly embarassing for me and a pain (not literally).

So is there any surgery I can get to permanently stop nosebleeds?

The only thing you can do is get it cauterized - which you say you have already done.
I would speak to a doctor about it - perhaps there is another health problem that is causing it.

Have you checked to make sure that it's not high blood pressure that is causing it?

Yes there is a simple surgery were they use a laser to burn a thin vein, that's what causes most nose bleeds. It burns like hell,I had to have it done while I was pregnant. No medication.
