What right zinc supplement should i buy for my body odor? |
Are there any specific brand names for these zinc supplements? Is it just suppose to be pure zinc?--coz i've checked a list of available medicines and all i saw were zinc combined with another element. I can't find any support by way of evidence based medicine or research for the use of Zinc in body odor. Perhaps there's some anecdotal sites out there that make such claims, but I believe good 'ol deodorant will work just fine, but you may have to try some different brands in the process. I use zinc fix from the inner health plus range - i don't know if will help with the body odour. You can also try washing your armpits with vinegar then patting dry with baking soda. Some deodorants have ingredients. that will react with odour where as baking soda will not do this. Good luck |
