Does Zinc or Vitamin-A make your skin brighter? |
I remember a few months ago I took vitamin-a with zinc and within 3-7 days my skin went from dull dry to Glowy and Radiant. I wanted to know which one made my skin glow because im planning on buying zinc. Possibly both of them. But remember, too much of a good thing (vitamins) will make you sick. So stick within recommended levels and taking both can't hurt. |
