Zinc for acne...? |
I heard of somebody that zinc is good for acne...so i brought a bottle from the supermarket that is 22mg and i was wondering if i should only take one daily or if i could take two and then cut back down to one if it works?? any suggestions... i took tablets made of zinc and selenium it has cleared my face within a month and i have never looked beter,try it will work.Also eat foods high in zinc and selenium.
