what are the benefits of taking ZINC?

I wouldn't take a lot of it every day... the amount you get in a multivitamin should be just fine.

When you're sick, with a cold or something, zinc lozenges help sooo much, though. Start popping them when you feel a cold coming on; between that and extra vitamin C, you will feel much better very quickly.

Oh, and zinc can irritate your stomach if you take high doses without any food in your tummy. I don't mind too much, but if it bothers you, have some food with it.

Zinc is good for your skin, hair and nails and helps to heal injuries such as cuts and bruises.

For males it is also good for prostate health.

Good for skin,nails and sore throats.

It is great for the immune system so take to help prevent colds. It is also good for skin, nails, hair and and absorption of other minerals. It is also an anti-flammatory mineral.
