Check out Mistermanpower.com, its got a full guide on this that I've been following, and my testosterone has gone up, and so has my sex drive. Feel free to email me if you got any questions In the levels found in a normal diet zinc will have no effect on testosterone. Problems may occur when you start taking massive doses though. So keep any supplements at a low level and you will be fine. |
