About Zinc...?


I could use any information you could provide on the pors & cons of taking a zinc supplement.
And are any of these pros and cons measurable, that is can one feel a difference once the body becomes saturated.
I have been taking a 50mg supplement, daily.

Pros: zinc and folate acid taken together increase sperm count. A zinc deficency will delays puberty. Zinc helps prevent gynecomastia (male breasts). The body uses zinc to make testosterone.

Cons: Taking too much zinc lowers your iron and copper levels in your body. They compete against each other.
