Can supplement -Zinc and vitamin A will affect to my period and the pregnancy in the future?

I have a very stress time in this 2 months, that cause a lots of pimple appearence on my face and mess to my period, I have bought a supplement Blackmores- Bio Zinc to help to heal my acne, and i took 2 tablets a day.
My period on this month is very adnormal, it's delay and little blood, and it just came for 2 days. I am very scare it's because of the supplement. Because i know it will affect to give birth or going to pregnancy if take exceed over 8000IU vitamin A, but the one i took it's only have 2500IU per tablet, meant 5000IU per day for about 1 month, and i already stop the treatment.
Now, i am very scare it will affect if i intend to be a pregnant in the future.
and the reason to made my period mess.
Wish i can get some advice on it.

You'll be fine. It's just one weird period: sometimes stress will do that to you. You didn't overdose and it won't affect you permanently. Relax.
