How to take zinc?

I heard that zinc can increase the length of penis. How it can be taken. Is it available in capsules?

As far as I know zinc supplements are normally in tablet form. Some multivitamins are in tablet form and some in capsule form and they all contain zinc but in much smaller amounts than in zinc tablets.

Actually taking zinc tablets won't help the growth of your manhood unless you are actually deficient in zinc and you then correct this zinc deficiency. As your manhood is obviously smaller than average it could certainly be due to a zinc deficiency and in that case a zinc supplement would help.

Oh my friend don't be fooled, your penis size along with your eye color and your shoe size are genitically chosen for you.
BUT if you insist zinc can be found in tablet form at any drug store or supermarket, but be warned zinc overdoses cause major problems, it's called a trace mineral for a reason, you only need a very small amount of it.

zinc is part of a family of minerals that can increase testosterone production/availability. it won't inherently cause a length of your penis. I actually take a supplement that has Magnesium Aspartate 450mg, Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate 30mg and Vitamin B6 12mg and it says to take on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime. one thing is that zinc interferes with the absorption of copper so you may want to consider a copper supplement or wear a copper bracelet. the recommendation is 1mg of copper for every 10mg of zinc.

gnc you can get it or centrum vitamins have it but zinc wont make it any better,,, see if you can find a zinc cream
