Which has more zinc in it, broccoli or spinach?

does anyone know which one has more zinc and where can i get information on all the vitamins and minerals a food has in it?

My college text: "Understanding Nutrition" by Eleanor Noss Whitney and Eva May Nunnelley Hamilton, second Edition.
West Publishing Co. St.Paul, Minn. (1981) doesn't list either as a source of zinc. try nuts, eggs, and the ONLY readily absorbed source - MEAT!
