What are differences between hepatitis and yellow fever? Are vaccines for these also different?

Yellow fever is one cause of hepatitis, and it can make you turn yellow, as you might imagine, but there are many other causes of hepatitis as well. There is a vaccine available against the virus that causes yellow fever, and there are vaccines available against some of the other viruses that causes hepatitis. There are also non-infectious causes of hepatitis, so you cannot vaccinate against those.
