What is the description-physical appearance of yellow fever?

In the acute phase of yellow fever someone may present with physical findings of slow heart rate, vomiting, fever, and red eyes. In the toxic phase someone may present with jaundice (yellow skin), liver enlargement, bleeding from nose and gums, and petechiae (which look like little bruises all over the skin).

But you have to have travelled to an area where it's a problem (Africa and South America)
