Yeast infections. .?

I have a yeast infection, well. . . .in my anal area actually. Monistat 7 helps the itching, and is more of a quick fix. . . but it hasn't gone away. The discomfort is unbearable. Can anyone suggest anything else that might be a little stronger??

Go see your dr. There are many different and better meds you can take for yeast infections. Monistat is a good start but if you don't see improvement the you should seek medical help. It may not be a yeast infection, it could be something else. If it is a yeast infection prescription meds will work better.

go to ur doctor and get antibiotics.. try washing ur anal area only with lukewarm water and no soap or anything for a week or two, sounds gross but shud help.. good luck! =]

If the Monistat didn't get rid of the infection, you should contact your doctor. He could call you in a prescription for fluconazole (Diflucan). One or two tablets usually gets rid of most yeast infections.

you need to keep that area dry. use an antifungal powder.
