Okay I think I have a yeast infection and I just want to know is it contagious and can I spread it to my boyfriend? One time we stop having sex for a month and when we did do it my vagina swelled up and it hurt it felt every tight like i wasnt relax, how is this so? yeast is something we all have in our bodies, (vagina, rectum, and mouth., we get these horrible infections when there is an overgrowth of yeast (fungus)..which causes the discharge and the itching. I agree with Green Eye, yes your man can get it, and it wouldn't be sanitary for him to give you oral sex, and sex right now would not be good or comfortable for that matter. You should stop sex for about 5 days, then you will be back to normal. Yeast infection generally can not be caught through oral sex. However, they can be passed through intercourse. |
