Frequent Yeast Infections? |
I've been having reoccurent yeast infections and I just went to my GYNO and I don't get the results until 2 weeks from now. I know the symptoms of diabetes are frequent urination, dehydration, and reoccurrent yeast infections, and some other stuff...like bleeding gums. And I have all of these symptoms. I'm not quite sure why it keeps coming back....I just hope it's not Diabetes, although it does run in my family. Could I have it? I'm only 18. Never heard of a 2-wk test for yeast. The dr. can tell right away sometimes just by the smell and all the vaginal itching. How are you equating diabetes with yeast infections? The dr. usually gives a sulfa drug by insertion like a vaginal suppository or tampon style. As a teenager I was plagued by different infections. Reasons can be: I have frequent yeast infections too! I don't understand it either. I have to make an appt. with my Gyno. Good luck to you...sorry I couldn't answer your question. I just wanted you to know you are not alone. U COULD HAVE DIABETES...CUZ OF UR SYMPTOMS.. BUT U COULD GET A YEAST INFECTION JUST BY CHANGING UR SOAP, LAUNDRY DETERGENT,IF U USE ANY TYPE OF SPRAY DOWN THERE, IF U USE TIGHT PANTS, IF THE WATER HAS ANY CHANGES WHEN IT IS BEING CLEANED BEFORE COMING OUT UR PIPES.... THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS THAT COULD CAUSE A YEAST... I WOULD SUGGEST TO USE COTTON PANTIES ONLY THEY HELP AND KEEP U DRYER AND STOP U FROM GETTING THEM SO OFTEN GOOD LUCK... You should contact your doctor to have yourself tested for diabetes, or if you have no health insurance, you can test yourself. |
