Did my Doctor do X-rays to charge me more Money?

I went to my Doctor the other Day because I have a Cough and my Chest felt a little Tight. Well my Doctor said he thought there was a little bit of Fluid in my Lungs so He wanted me to have some Chest X-Rays done. I think the X-Rays were a bit much, Do you think the same? Or did he do the right thing?

he did the right thing, auscultation can just tell the doctor that there is fluid in the lungs, but x-ray can tell him how much and if other procedures are necessary...trust ur doctor more....

maybe if the doc have beard..

He suspected you had tuberculosis... It's normal to have a chest x-ray to eliminate this as the cause of your cough.

he did the right thing for your benefit and health..when a doctor hears fluid in the lungs, that is what is in your best interest...the x ray 's will show if there is a big problem and then the doctor can give you medicine to clear your lungs up and make you healthy.
