Why woukd a doctor order chest x-rays on a child who presents with daily headaches and nausea? What could they be looking for? Pneumonia, which can present in many forms. Sometimes it is caused by a bacteria or virus, other times it is "walking pneumonia". "Walking pnuemonia" or mycoplasma pneumonia is normally mild and flu-like in nature.
