Who pays for x-rays after car wreck?

Earlier this afternoon I was in a car wreck. I was rearended by another driver who was tail-gating me, and totaled my car. There were no injuries at the time and when i called my claim into his insurance in an attempt to get a rental car so I can get to school, I told them there were no injuries again. This evening I noticed the back of my head hurts, it feels like there is a lot of pressure. My kneck is also kind of stiff, and I'm honestly getting worried.

I really am concerned that something might have been done to my kneck. It was a relatively low speed crash, but considerable damage was done to my car. We do not have insurance (my husband just got out of the military and is looking for employment), so paying for x-rays and doctor visits out of pocket can't happen. Our copay is like $500 on ours so we can't turn it onto ours. I don't know what to do! If I go now would we pay or would we bill his insurance?

It is common to not notice injuries right after wreck. You may feel real sore tomorrow. I am sorry this happened to you but you may want to go to the ER to get checked out. Better to err on the side of caution. His insurance will pay for the medical. You will need to submit the bill when it comes in. Good luck I hope everything turns out okay.

My husband was involved in a MVA today. The guy rear-end him and he flipped twice after over correcting. He tore his rotator cuff. He is SORE.

if it was the other drivers fault his insurance pays for everything

The insurance company of the guy that hit your car should pay. I hope you got his insurance information or did a police report. You should visit the doctor ASAP.
