Anyone know of a computer mouse that protects against wrist injuries? |
I am an engineer who uses a mouse a lot and have possibly damaged my hands from constant clicking/mousing. Have you considered using a trackball instead of a mouse? A lot of ergonomic experts recommend trackballs to help minimize the effects of repetitive motion disorders. You might look into getting a trackball mouse. You hold them in your hand and scroll with your thumb. It mite not b tha mouse, but it could b tha height uv tha desk and/or chair. Try adjustin that, 'n b sure 2 make sure that ur wrists are strate. |
