Should I wrap/compress a nagging wrist injury?

Hello,

I've had this nagging wrist injury. As in, it's never healed. It's long past (weeks) the inflammation stage. Should I still compress/wrap it while it's healing? Slowly but surely it's healing.

Have it checked out, maybe try lightly wraping it so you can still move or the muscles will hurt more.

Get an MRI and check for ganglions in the wrist.
