Had a bad fall from my bicycle 3 weeks ago. Fell with my palm of my right hand facing the floor. Its injured since then. Can't seem to carry heavy loads and do exercise. oh it is a bicycle, thougt u fell off a motocycle, well l have came of my motocyle a few times, the minors falls, well l always massage the brusied part, l know it hurts alot but l learnt through the massage thing as the bruise will go away but the pain remeins, well when u are free, just massage the part where it hurts and do it slowly and after it turns all black and blue, the pain in all will subside, jus do it slowly, worst case go get a xray and see a doc. U take care If it's been 3 weeks, you could've sprained, strained, broken, cracked, fractured, torn a ligament. There are a lot of different things you could've done so I would reccommend going to see your doctor to get a proper diagnosis. I sprained my right foot playing basketball 2x's in the same game. you need an xray for sure. dont wait until u completely distroy a bone in your wrist. go tothe doc |
