Pain in my wrist? |
I'm not quite sure exactly what I did, but I think the pain just started getting worse, and it all stems from when a door came back at me and I stopped it from hitting me by putting my hand up.... Sounds like you have tendonitis in your wrist. The best thing to do is use it as little as possible, put an ice pack on it for 30 minutes every 3 hours, and get one of those support braces for the wrist. Tendonitis is inflammation of the tendons which happens when the tendon gets stretched to its limit, but doesn't get torn. I know because I have it in my right wrist and when it flares up, then I can barely type or anything with it. If your wrist was broken, then there would probably be some swelling. call a doc if you do not have in cheranse |
