My wrist hurt after a month of going to the gym? |
how come my wrist hurt??? i did not have any kind of injury. and it only hurts when lifting heavy things. but it did not hurt before. whats wrong with my wrist??? i can use it normally and do all the things i want except lifting heavy stuffs. Okay, I had the same, buy a wrist support and some weights gloves as well, this provides a better grib, and obviously the support takes some of the pressure off your bones. Try taking some time off the weights, I nearly tore a muscle in my arms, and that would mean about 3 months off. Dont do bi curls, if anything, the only thing you could really get away with is bench pressing, and lower body toning and cardio. Hi! The plural of stuff is still stuff. |
