How tight wrist support should be?

I wear a wrist support while doing my weight training sessions, today, when I took off the wrist support, I noticed that the veins are very dark. Not like the veins in my right hand, after 10 minutes it started to get back to its ordinary color.
Should I be concerned? I must use wrist support because I have a very weak wrist, I can't stop weight training sessions because it's helping with other injuries I have.
Thanks for help

Your wrist support should only Support your wrist, not cut off your blood circulation, hehe

When you put it around your wrist it should feel Firm, not tight. Firm enough to support.

You can check, before you start with the weights, if the veins are restricted after a few seconds.

If you see a swelling of the veins on your hand, loosen the strap.

Yes, go to the doctor and get an x-ray. Sounds like you have a small fracture but you won't know for sure until you get that x-ray. You don't want to keep re-injuring it.
