It's been 2 weeks now....i hurt my wrist by working out, and i wasn't doing it right for my left wrist...and it only hurts when either i squeeze it or move my hand clockwise...so it's the left side of my left wrist that hurts....i put ice on it only once or twice like 3 days after it got hurt...so any recommendations to make my wrist stop hurting? thanks you, it's so annoying and beside i don't want it to be "old injury" so is it too late? Carpal tunnel?? Using your wrist funny. I have it to in both wrists. but I got it from typing on the computer. One stop using them in funny ways, or in the same way over and over. Also hot and cold. Cold for like 10 minutes hot for 5 and just keep switching back and forth no not really |
