What is the problem when my tendon is popping over my outside wrist bone and causing pain and numbness? |
I injured my wrist a few years back while playing racquetball. This injury has been persistent, regardless periods of inactivity. The tendon that runs on the outside of my right arm pops over my wrist bone on the outside of my hand. If I am lifting something heavy when this happens, it is very painful and forces my grip to go weak. Also, when I play sports, or participate in heavy lifting, my wrist is sore for many days after. I am ready to go do whatever needs to be done to fix this condition. Can anyone tell me what the condition this is, or give me some insight before I go see a specialist? I have had the same problem on and off. Look up tendinitis. |
