Help with wrist/forearm pain.?

Recently Ive been doing a lot of heavy lifting, and my left forearm was feeling a bit sore. Everytime I made/make a fist, the inside of my forearm would be very sore, and there would be a bump that would form, and also forms when I lift (pain as well from lifting, to the point where I cant lift.)

Also, my left wrist has been a bit sore as well also preventing my from lifting. It is the part of my wrist below my pinky finger, and also only hurts when I lift or bend it certain ways. Im sure its not tendonitis, too.

So what could it possibly be? I think my forearm is healing, but my wrist seems to be getting worse. Could it be an injury from over lifting? (I was lifting a lot of very heavy stuff and carrying it for a period of time)

Thanks!

First, why are you sure that you are not suffering from tendinitis?
You may want to try taking Advil or Motrin to help with the pain.
If the pain persists for more than a few days you may want to consider a visit to the doctor. However, if you have a soft tissue injury it will not show up on X-rays...but there are other treatments that can be used.
Good luck.

You should go see a chiropractor. Have them take some Xrays

It's probably just a tight tendon. Almost like a knot in the muscle. You might want to put heat on it to relax it and then ice to shrink any swelling if any. and take something for it like Advil.
