Is there any wrist band out there that helps heal an injury?

not those hot and ice pad....

like a wrist support? try golden hands, or tiger paws. they are gymnastics/cheerleading braces, but they work very well for a finnicky wrist.

golden hands.

tiger paws.

they do the same thing, and are the exact same design. they work just as well as eachother, but tiger paws are a little bit pricier. oh, and on tiger paws, don't follow the size chart they have on there. use the one they have for the golden hands. golden hands come with inserts for extra support when you need it. i'm not sure if tiger paws do or not.

if it's more of a carpal tunnel injury, try any one of:

those supports. i haven't used them before, but they come highly reccomended from people that do.

if you are active, the golden hands and tiger paws work the best, because they give support, while allowing wrist flexibility. i've used probably about 20 different braces, and those work the best.

also, if the pain stays for a long time, you may want to contact an orthopaedist to get them to check it out. it could be something serious.

i hope this is what you're talking about, haha.

good luck!
