How can i make my bones thicker? |
I have really skinny wrists that looks like i have an eating disorder or something which i dont, i do drink a lot of milk about 3 cups a day but that doesnt really do anything. How can i make bone thicker? You need to increase your bone density by working out and keep drinking the milk, but working out and gaining weight will put stress on your bones, causing them to grow. Wrap bandages around them, cover with your sleeves and everyone will think you have bigger wrists. DA DA !!!! Great question. Putting stress on bones will make them stronger, but as for the size, that will not change very much. A persons bones are a pretty fixed size throughout life. Try working out. By working your muscles you also put stress on the bones causing them to build more bone matrix. I have the same issue and my workout problem is helping. i dont think that's possible. No. It's the way your body is made. Some people have small bones (I'm one of them, too) and some have "big bones", and some are considered the norm. Just be happy if your bones are healthy and the hell with what anyone says about you. the only way to make your bones bigger by my knowledge is by drinking milk, which you already do. I guess it could be genetic that people pass the same bone size down to their kids. i really dont know any other way to get your bones thicker, i know milk gets your bones stronger Leo, milk is wonderful and keep drinking it for stronger denser bones, and to fight osteoporosis in later years, but unfortunately and believe you me, i mean no disrespect, but i believe from what you saying, sounds like your just smaller boned and u can't hardly change genetics, keep ur chin up!!! |
