"unhealthy" weight?


im 17 yrs old.
100 lbs, and 5ft 7 inches tall
im in the 5 percentile for my weight, and 70th for my height

i eat like a normal teenager, i just dont gain anything b/c i have a fast metabolism.
people that havent known me for a while assume i have an eating disorder, which isnt true. Random kids in the hallway will grab my wrists and laugh.
i feel like my weight is disrupting my life.

how can i gain weight in a healthy manner?

You might first check with a doc to make sure your thyroid is functioning properly (sounds sort of like hyperthyroidism to me.)

Other than that, the only "healthy" thing is to eat at least 2000 GOOD calories a day and drink lots of water.

You might "grow into" your frame soon. I had many extremely skinny friends in High School that filled out into their womanly shape around 18-19.
Keep your chin up and tell people to not EFFING TOUCH YOU! I mean, really...

you can increase your calories by 1/3 of what you are eating now.. and see the results in 1-2 weeks.. Best to do it slow than to pig out..

(but its nothing to worry you are actually perfect in your weight and height.. i understand that people could be jerk-offs but your best deal is to just ignore the comments and go your way)

Eat eat eat healthy stuff, i get teased because im too fat, i think your lucky

You can always workout with weights you dont sound like you need to gain alot of weight. But adding some muscle to your frame might help.
