What's a good workout for a girl who wants to be lean?


i am so skronny (sp), it's kind of disgusting. actually, it's really disgusting. i look like i have an eating disorder but i eat ALL day. i need some meat on my bones, from my arms and wrists to my thighs and calves. any ideas??

just let you know im 22, 4'11" and weighs 96lbs. im really small but i wanted to get in shape, this is what i did.

1)jogging every morning (haw far? depends on your stamina)
2)tae bo 5 times a week (1hr)
3)hot yoga twice a week (1hr 30mins - to strech and relax your muscles from tae bo and jogging)

eat healthy and drink at least 80 ounces of water a day.

eating jalapenos and taking 3 table spoons of apple cider vinegar will boost your metabolism!

-i feel toned and really healthy =)

have your thyroid checked.. it could be over active....

just eat healthily. dont abuse your body to try to be fatter or skinnier.
maybe try different types of clothes. clothes with lots of patterns can make you look fatter.
don't wear black.

I don't think you need a workout I think you need to start eating more andadd some nutritional shakes to your diet like BOOST or something like that,

Take some fat from me?
