What's a good workout for a girl who wants to be lean? |
i am so skronny (sp), it's kind of disgusting. actually, it's really disgusting. i look like i have an eating disorder but i eat ALL day. i need some meat on my bones, from my arms and wrists to my thighs and calves. any ideas?? just let you know im 22, 4'11" and weighs 96lbs. im really small but i wanted to get in shape, this is what i did. have your thyroid checked.. it could be over active.... just eat healthily. dont abuse your body to try to be fatter or skinnier. I don't think you need a workout I think you need to start eating more andadd some nutritional shakes to your diet like BOOST or something like that, Take some fat from me? |
