Wrinkles!!? |
I do everything I can to avoid wrinkles 鈥?drink plenty of water, wear sunscreen, don鈥檛 smoke, yet I have more than most people I know who are my age!!! Why!!! 90% of our aging is actually caused from our environment (sun). You're doing the right thing by wearing sunscreen. If possible, try to also stay out of the sun as much as possible (even if you wear sunscreen everyday). Only 10% of aging is from naturally growing old. If you haven't already started an anti-aging skin care system, you may consider it. The starting age is early 20's. I'm 27 and started using Arbonne's revolutionary and result oriented NutriMinC Re9 Anti-Aging system last year. I definitely recommend it. Arbonne's products are pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, pH correct, botanically-based products that are formulated with 9 key anti-aging elements and nanosphere technology. Nanosphere technology helps products to adjust to specific needs (applying more moisture in dry areas and less in oily areas). The system is specifically formulated to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, the affects of sun damage, and combat the visual signs of aging. Research shows that 6 months continued use of Arbonne's Re9 system gives a 68% decrease in deep density lines and wrinkles. However, I noticed results within a week or two. My skin was much more hydrated and healthy. The other women in my family (my mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, cousins, aunts) all use this system and absolutely love it. If you're interested in learning more, I'll be happy to help you. A virus can cause skin wrinkles - see: http://wrinklyskinvirus.wordpr... Report It ur getting old How we age has a lot to do with heredity factors as well... Look at older family members, Mom, Aunts and that will give you some idea. You're doing all the right things though, keep up the good work... Stay out of the sun as much as you possiblily can even sunscreen isn't 100% I don't know of a remedy for your face but I do know one for your skin though. I use Nivea Body with Q10 Plus body lotion. It evens out your skin tone and leaves your skin really soft. It gives your skin a shine. I love it. Q10 is supposed to firm and tighten your skin. Also, your wrinkles might be heriditary Maybe you use too much expression when you talk and wrinkle up your face all the time........you know you can get some botox if you can afford it. I couldnt help but read your post and think to myself that I was right where you were 6 months and seems like 1000 wrinkles ago. |
