My crowsfeet & wrinkles gives me stress, what can i effectively use daily, the really effective one?

I hardly can gain weight? i need to gain weight to add more in my cheeks so my wrinkles can go disappear

you should also make sure you are moisturizing. that will help reduce and block wrinkles. I use a variety of facial products. From Kiehls to Loreal. Loreal is one of the best. They have great wrinkle repair and prevention products. I would suggest that. I am not so sure weight gain is the route you want to take.

Um, gaining weight does not erase crows feet. botox does. get botox injections.

lol get over it. thats life. I traded in my good looks for smarts years ago. I earned every one of my wrinkles and grey hairs and am dang proud of them. Do you think your peter pan?

i recently had gastric bypass and believe it or not preparation h will reduce wrinkles and Crows feet just apply every night before bed time it really works

You are not likely to get rid of them without professional intervention. The best thing to do is avoid excess sun, use a good moisturizer and SMILE. Lines tend to sink into our usual facial expressions so they might as well indicate that we are a pleasant, cheerful person rather than a grumpy one.
I find that cold pressed virgin olive oil used in moderation over a freshly cleansed and still moist face works as good as any commercially produced product. Also, drink plenty of water to keep your skin and body hydrated.

crows-feet and wrinkles are a fact of life...and nothing to get stressed over. If you eat a well-balanced diet, drink plenty of water, don't smoke, exercise routinely and get a proper 8 hours of sleep each and every night you can lessen or slow down their appearance....stress, smoking, bad diet, & no sleep will hasten their appearance. First quit worrying....it causes wrinkles!

Too many people think they need to keep searching for newer and better skin care creams and treatments to get healthy skin. They don鈥檛 understand they really need to make changes to their diet.
Eat healthy foods with alot of antioxidants in them, like fresh fruits and veggies - this helps the skin repair itself.

Most important,Drink Alot of water this flushes the body of toxins on a daily basis and Hydrates the skin. Have you ever seen a sponge without water or one of those kids toys that are dehydrated and you add water - "poof" it expands! Well your skin cells will do the same thing if properly hydrated.

. Blueberries are the best fruit for improving the quality of your skin. Carrots are full of vitamin A and antioxidants. You also need to eat plenty of lean meats. Salmon and other fish that are oil based should be incorporated into your diet for healthy skin. Nuts are a great oil based item that you can add to your diet for healthy skin.

Green tea is a great drink for healthy skin. Green tea is full of antioxidants that cleanse your body and remove toxins.

Consuming large amounts of alcohol will cause your skin to have a pale, pasty texture and appearance.Quit smoking.

It is very important that you get the nutrients and vitamins your body needs to produce healthy skin. If you have skin that is very dry you may need to consume more vegetables that contain vitamin A. It could also mean you need to consume more oil. Since fat isn鈥檛 a good option, consider adding olive oil to the foods you cook. Adding a multi vitamin to your daily routine is a good option as well.

While grains and cereals are good for your skin, a diet for healthy skin needs to be one that only includes potatoes in moderation. Too many potatoes in your diet can cause your skin to get dry and tight. Other carbohydrates you should consume in moderation include bread, pasta, and sweets. Switching from refined carbohydrates (sugar and junk food)to complex ones (whole grains )is a great option if you aren鈥檛 willing to cut them out of your diet.

Eating right is an essential part of taking care of your body and skin from the inside out

Eat right! Not only do you look better with healthy skin, but your skin will be better able to keep you protected from germs, bacteria, and diseases that attempt to enter your body through the pores of the skin.

And SMILE!!! If your going to have wrinkles Have laugh lines ...not frown lines.
Because eventually we alll get wrinkles and they tell the "story" of our lives:)
