Scar repair for wrinkles?

I was watching TV and this boy had to had to have a skin graph on his entire side of his torso. The after effect was a wrinkly scar, kinda like my skin (from eczema, though). I was wondering if Scar Repair cream would work on wrinkles. What do you think?
I don't like having wrinkly skin at such a young age.
