Twitch under my eye, and forhead wrinkles?

I have wrinkles on my forehead and a twitch under my left eye...

What has caused this, and how do I stop it.....?

you're stressed out. that's what my mom said when i was younger. it affects your nervous system and makes your eye twitch. and the wrinkles on the forhead is just the face you make alot.
