Is it true that staying up late give wrinkles? |
I still get about 8-9 hours of sleep and i exercise 5 dayls a week. I also eat healthy no smoking no alcohol no drugs. I wash my face daily. But i heard that if you stay up lat you will get wrinkles and your face willl look older. No, it won't give you wrinkles. It has nothing to do with how late you stay up. It's if you constantly deprive yourself of sleep. Don't think so. Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the face with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles.
