what has helped heal your emotional past wounds and moved you into a life of internal peace?

My sense of humor. If I can find something to laugh at I know I am okay. It was my sense of
humor that helped me get through Hurricane Katrina and helps me survive every day in
Katrina Land.

If this is the death of a loved one, you just have to believe that he/she is alive somewhere. If not in an afterlife, then at least in your heart.

If this regarding a relationship, don't worry about it. I heard that it takes as long as you went out with someone to get over with him/her.
