How to cure a skin cut wounds from a scisors and cutter?

i have alot of skin cut in my left hand (inside part). I want to know is there any way to make this wounds and cuts invisible everyday? or is there any solutions to make it go forever? i had this since 2 days ago.

Start by washing your hands with salted water to clean the cuts and then rub on a good cream which is recommended for minor burns. This sort of cream works best for healing wounds.

IF THEY ARE SCARS THEY TAKE ALONG TIME TO GO AWAY BUT IF THEY REGULER CUTS JUST PUT NEOSPOREN OR ANY GOOD ANTIBIOTIC OINTMENT ON THE WOUND THEY'LL GO AWAY DON'T WORRY
