The use of magnetic field in medicine for pain, circulation, healing wounds?

I would like to find some researches about the magnetotherapy in medicine for healing wounds, pain , circulatory problems or reumatism, sportive medicine.
Can somebody help me?

Personally, I feel that in diseases in which you don't get good result with allopathic medicines or due to toxicity you are not able to take them, you may try any alternative therapy provided,
1. It should not hurt you,
2. It should not be very costly, &
3. There should be some evidence (even stastical) that it is beneficial.
