Do you think this is an effective product to help heal wounds?

I recently got a pimple from my hormonal time of the month. I have an important event coming in 5 days so i want it to heal nicely. It's called lysine cold sore treatment.. yes i know cold sores arn't wounds, but this stiff contains many vitmins such as vitamins D,A, E it also contains zinc oxide and many other benifical healing agents.. what do you think?

Well why I do not think it will harm it. I do feel there are much better products available that will help clear it up quicker.
I would try to find something with a high percentage of "Salicylic Acid" in it salicylic acid is basically aspirin. but it will help dry up and burn away the first couple layers of skin. Allowing the health skin layers up under the pimple take its place. Good Luck! ;-)

What the person above said is right on the money, also buy some vitamin E oil and apply it to the area when you sleep. It helps the skin healing. And for future use, if you get an injury that looks like it will leave a scar, put vitamin E oil on it. But yeah their is not much more I can add because the person above nailed it pretty good.
