I punched a wall, i disjointed my hand (no open wounds) help?

i think i disjointed the bones in my hand. it is swelling really bad in the midway between my pinky knuckle and wrist. i can move my pinky but my hand is hurting really bad right now.

could i have still broken my hand if i can still move all fingers?
or should i try to pop more bones in place?

i can't go to the doctor right now i don't have enough money. please can you help me.

there is no open wounds

It's called a "boxer's fracture". Your hand is broken just behind the knuckle and you need MEDICAL ATTENTION...If you wait too long, you may need to get the bone reset- in plain English, they will BREAK IT AGAIN. Go see a doctor, NOW.

If you have broken bones they NEED to be set or it will not heal properly! GO to see a doc! (now dont you feel REAL smart? i bet that wall is really hurting too!)

Even though you are able to move your fingers, you could still have something broken or torn. You need to the E.R. at the hospital near you and find out what they do for people in situations (financially). There must be some hospital that will work with you. If you go untreated and something is broken, you may heal incorrectly and end up with many painful problems. There are agencies that help people that can't afford medical treatment. I'm not suggesting you commit a crime, but while I was in a hostpital, convicts were brought in for treatment. You and I pay for them.

am sorry for what had happened but the only thing i can suggest is better see a doctor(community health center where you can have a free check up).get well soon!

Try webmd.com and look for dislocated joints, fingers, and other hand injuries.
I'd hate to think that it's broken or has a hair line fracture and you're leaving it untreated, but the web site might offer a little more info than we can.

You must stop punching walls....You could damage it .which could result in expensive redecoration!...I hope the accommodation is not "rented" and is yours to destroy!
