What is that medicine called using grass or some type of plant to treat major cuts or wounds? |
Well, you know how people mix some types of grass or plants to treat major wounds and cuts on TV? The medicine is like a dark green and grassy and you just put it and rub it on your wound. I know it鈥檚 actually real, but what is it called and can someone give me more information on it? Thanks! Aloe Vera doubles the rate of healing for cuts and minor burns. aloe vera? Maybe what your thinking of is aloe vera, it's an actual plant, but I think there are also medicines and beauty products that contain aloe vera. Aloe vera might be helpful for MINOR cuts and burns, but it is not recommended for major cuts or wounds. Do you really want to be rubbing an unknown amount of an unknown dosage of an unknown pharmaceutical ingredient in to your skin? And you want to leave those "unknowns" up to the folks at Yahoo Answers? Here's an idea - either do real research on homeopathy to the extent that you know what you're putting in to your body, or play it safe and use actual medicine if you are actually injured. |
