Bed wounds?

hi fem. 22. as a obese girl 550. i wonder what is the best way to get rid of bed sores and sores. And what to do to avoid them in the future. also howe to avoid infections between rolls

reduce the pressure between the body and mattress by turning every two hrs and to keep infections from the rolls like under the breasts and groin wash daily with unscented soap pat dry and use nystop or nystatin powder the infections in the rolls usually are a fungal type and chafing please see a dr and start a diet and exercise program as your condition can be very fatal especially at your age start out with small baby steps make small attainable goals not lofty ones remember noone gets there overnight and you can't get better overnight

Stay off of the sores. If they are on your left side, lay on your right side.

You can prevent them by not laying too long on one side. Keep moving around, and use good hygeine when showering.

Eat lots of vitamins and minerals. Good nutrition helps bed sores.

Infections between rolls:
Make sure the skin is DRY after showering or bathing. That is the #1 cause. You may use baby power after drying off to prevent friction as well.

Roll every 2 hours. Try Crisco shortening. It is a natural lotion.

Like some other say here try to move from side to side not stay in same position to long. and keep the skin dry to avoid infections between breasts and rolls baby powder is good and not pack your skin in with mutch clothes.
