How to make wounds heal faster? |
I have a lot of open cuts on my arms that are like paper cuts so of course they aren't deep and I need them to heal a lot faster. I have only had them since yesterday because my kitten had scratched me when trying to climb up my arm from one of our dogs. Yea but anyways does any one have any ideas to make them heal so much faster? Thanks! Wash them all with antibacterial soap and water. Pat dry, apply any OTC antibiotic ointment and cover with a band aid. Change every 1-2 days or when needed, such as if you shower and it gets wet. let a dog lick it aloe vera :) also as dumb as this sounds...spit on them before putting the aloe on there... In my opinion, Neosporin helps to close wounds fast! And, it's painless :D bacitracin and bandaids leave it, don't scratch it if it's itchy a covered wound heals faster than an uncovered wound. Put neosporin on it and a bandage, change the bandage daily. use a cream stuff called cortaid. Keep them disinfected with alcohol and or iodine, and take lots of vitamin D (newest findings!) Use vitamin C and also honey is a natural cure all. Learned that on the Discovery Channel. You can put honey on the sores. The ancient egyptians did it. Also, it works great for colds. Yes, my cat scratches me a lot also. I use this stuff called Neosporin it's in a little white and yellow tube, it works WONDERS. Like I had a mark about a week ago from when I was smoking and the cigarette burned my hand, and I put that stuff on and it went away in about a day. Also, wash the cuts out and reapply neosporin with a bandaid to keep the light scratch sheltered with the meds. Make sure there clean. Use some antibacterial soap. Then put some neosporin on it. You can get that anywhere. Do that 1-3 times a day. If you want cover it up with a sterile bandage. Just make sure you don't pick at the wounds. Don't want to infect them or scare. First you have to clean it out then but some antibacterial cream on it, like neosporin. Next you should band aid it. But you have to remember to get enough sleep. I am a student who is studying to become a sleep doctor and i can tell you that when one is sleeping, one heals during the sleep. The antibodies of T cells increase when one sleeps, allowing it to kill germs. prevent scarring, and improve healing rate. have you tried peeing on it? Vitamin C Zinc and an antibacterial ointment like bacitracin. i'm personally a big believer in the healing power of alcohol...and a dollop of neosporin couldn't hurt ALOE VERA & VITAMIN E CREAM |
