You are wondering if swallowing sperm would be beneficial to one's health. Although sperm contains protein and other nutrients, it is not of any particular benefit to swallow it as the quantity absorbed is negligible in its impact on the health of a person. Also, most of the food eaten by people will meet the recommended standards given by dieticians or nutritionists. I did hear of a study about a year ago on the national news stating researchers have found that women who perform orally on their men and swallow at least 2x/wk have a much reduced risk of breast cancer.

At the time they were not sure as to why. Speculation had something to do protein or hormone content.

They did stress this was a preliminary study.

it clears you skin up, you get alot of protein from it.

Haven't heard any medical statement about it. But some said that you would feel your throat was burnt when drinking it!
