I come to know that conceiving after age 30 is not good for women health is this true?

I would have to disagree, I think they watch a little closer but I don't think the studies prove woman after 30 will do more harm. In fact that is the best time to have a baby, you are more mature. I had 4 children 3 of them before 30 1 after and I would say the one after 30 was the best pregnancy,delivery and I was much more patient with this child.

The age I heard was more around 40 and up. It is because a womans eggs start to deteriate as she ages. The older she is the more chance of birth abnormalities and complications.

Medically speaking, once you turn 30, the doctor's watch you more closely just in case of any complications. As we get older, we are more likely to have complications with pregnancy.

Atleast that is what we were taught in nursing school and what my OBGYN told me.
