Ladies only please!!, guys, only look if you don't mind women health problems?

my period last month only lasted about 3 days, it usually lasts about 7, and now this month, i have been spotting a little, but it looks like "old" blood (sorry if I grossed you out) what could be causing this? it has been going on for about 4 days now.

the darker "old" blood seems to happen when my cycle is light. I think it usually is masked when i have a heavy flow.

Could you be pregnant?

see what happends this month. if you are still worried just go to the doctor. but usually irregular menstration such as the one you explained is caused by stress.

I would get a GYN consult. This could be caused by stress, of course, but you need to rule out polycystic ovarian syndrome, adrenal issues, and anything anatomical. It could also be related to obesity, or a sudden change in weight.

Im on birth control and mine only last three days my obgyn says its normal if your on the pill this could be normal I have also had darker blood not sure what that is it always went away if you have any more probloms like heavy bleeding you need to go to your doctor asap . Also sometimes ur period might not be as long as other times if its real painfull again contact a doctor.
