Adult Question about Women's Health?

I've asked this question before, but only one person, a man, answered. I'm asking this question because it doesn't make any sense to me.

Why do women bleed into the toilet it they have a tampoon to collect the blood?

It's not clear whether you are a woman with tampon trouble or a child or a man who has come across a bloody toilet. I will assume that you are a martian who discovered a toilet with some blood in it.

1. Some women do not use tampons. They use pads that catch the blood outside the vagina. These attach to the panty and are pulled down when a woman uses the toilet.

2. Sometimes a tampon will leak either from very heavy flow or poor positioning.

3. The woman may have removed the tampon to change it.

4. A woman's period can start unexpectedly and she will not be wearing a tampon.

5. It may not be menstrual blood. A person may have rectal bleeding or may have vomited blood into the toilet.

ugh

i dont understand the question

tampons are handy...but they can't catch everything!

not real bright are ya

If you do, perhaps it's time to change the tampon.

whattttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt...

well think about it.. what happens when they take the tampon out?... and where do most women take out their tampon.. ??? it's not rocket science.. I think you are just trying to be funny...

HuH?
*Cha-ching*

the same reason other people urine when your bladder can hold it..... your question is confusing

Maybe the tampon was not changed in awhile and it is leaking through? Or maybe the menstrual flow is too heavy for the particular tampon brand, and the woman needs to switch her brand to one that can handle heavier flow.
A woman bleeds for several days, and while the tampon will absorb most of it, some will still come out into the toilet while changing tampons. It's just one of those things.

If you mean why do they let themsleves bleed into the toilet then its because its better to let it come out than to keep it in soaked into your tampon, think about it, why would you WANT old blood & clots to STAY inside you?? GROSS!!! The tampon keeps you from soiling your pants but all that blood isnt meant to STAY in there it has to come out or you would stink & maybe get sick....

Their period is heavy and it's just coming out anyway. It gets really heavy with blood clots and the whole shooting match. If you're a twit that doesn't understand well I hope you get a bit of knowledge on this. It's not fun. Usually when she's on the toilet she changes her feminine protection and that's when the bleeding can go into the toilet. If the toilet doesn't get flushed that's beyond me.

The reason is you have an extra heavy flow that the tampon cannot collect all of!

Tampons can ONLY hold so MUCH! They are just like a SPONGE. When the sponge gets too much liquid it lets it go. Just like a tampon does. Better in the toilet than other places!!! LOL

well, maybe because the tampoon needed changing or the female was in process of changing it and some blood waste in toilet. many women sit on toilet when they change their tampoon and then put tampoon in toilet...now that i am thinking..sometimes when they flush..the blood comes out of used tampoon and is left in toilet.

lol okay this is totally gross but here's an idea. If the tampon has blood on it and you're pissing, the liquid urine is running onto the tampon it may just be washing out that part of the tampon and the blood is ending up in the toilet from that. Otherwise check to make sure the tampon hasn't absorbed too much and change it.

Don't listen to them!!!!! People can be so ignorant! That is normal and ok they act like they have never had that happen to them, they all are perfect. Anyways, sometimes you'll bleed if it's not in all the way, and other times your just bleeding heavy. Now if it comes out while you pee then you have to change it because you have urine in your tampon. the urine flows over and around your tampon and yes blood will come out! Hope you are ok dear. You will be fine!
