Masturbation and women's health?

please am serious what are the ill effect of masturbation on women.??

I think I get yeast infections from that. Make sure after your done dry off your area when your done.

nothing, its totally healthy

sorry. don't know

wow, have you been living in a rock for your whole life? There are no bad effects of masturbation and women, NONE.

I dont think there realy are any

Yes, Jenny is right. And, the better you know yourself and what feels good, the better you can guide your partner in pleasing you.

Edit: good hygene is always important. Clean hands and clean toys (vibrators, etc) are important so you don't spread germs down there.

There are no ill affects of masturbation to women. When women masturbate, it can relieve menstrual cramps, relieve stress and tension, make her feel more confident about herself, allows her to discover how her body functions to climax, and many more! There is no time that masturbation is not good for a woman.

Generally speaking, masturbation has no negative effects on womens' health.

If a woman uses a foreign object for masturbation, there is a risk of injury (if it's an object not meant for that purpose) or infection (if the object is not cleaned properly before use). Excessive masturbation can cause yeast infections or urinary tract infections.

Standard female masturbation has health benefits. Orgasm causes muscular contractions in the uterus that can tone muscles and help make periods less uncomfortable. Female sexual fluids are important to maintain the ph balance of the vagina and the chemicals released by the brain during masturbation are good for mood and may even help with sleep problems.

You have nothing to worry about! Just make sure your hands are clean before you start! That is the only precaution! Masterbating is perfectly safe, normal and free of worries and obligations! Enjoy!!!

It is Okay to masturbate for men and women both. They should do it without any feeling guilt. It is normal. About women's health I would say that their organs are internal, therefore they should take extra care about the hygienic point of view of the things/objects they use for masturbation purposes. They should be clean and not infected by any virus etc.

nothing at all in fact it is a very good habit

Dont worry it wont effect any thing.carry on............
