Women's Health/Private organs?

I would like to get some idea on the best way for a woman to keep her virgina clean and free from odor.

don't douche. it takes away your natural enzymes and bacteria. just wash the outside of it.

Use a douche... you can buy them at any store that has a beauty section.. and there are personal hygiene cloths.

consult your gynekologist:)

DON'T douche!! (unless your doctor says to) It can upset the Ph in your vagina and cause an infection which will make it smell bad.

Plain soap and water used to clean the outside should be fine for cleaning, if there's still a bad odor, consult a doctor. The inside cleans itself naturally.

The best way is for a woman to wash daily with water (most soap is too harsh). End of story. The vagina naturally cleans itself. Most odor is perfectly natural and should not be foul-smelling. If the odor is really bad, it may be a sign of an infection and the girl should go to a doctor. Some women use feminine deodorant sprays or douches, but those can actually cause many problems as they can change the natural balance and Ph of the vagina, leading to infection/iritation.

douches actually are not the best solution. they can harm the natural balance of a woman. I would suggest washing every day and making sure that she goes to the doctor and has a regular pap test done. Also check for nutritional imbalances.

wash the dirty *****

well first shower daily and make sure you are cleaning inside and outside the vagina well with soap and water especially during menstruation.if you still notice odor tried special feminine deodorant spray or special powder you put down there. don't douche as that may cause infections.if strong smelly odor per sits you might have an infection so get to a gynecologist asap

bath regularly

The best way to keep fresh and clean down there is to shower everyday and change your underwear everyday. Don't expect is to smell like perfume, that's unrealistic! Don't put soap in your vagina (someone suggested that) and avoid douches since they will unbalance the PH. Go see the gynecologist if the odor is really bad since that could be an infection.

There is a cleansing product in the feminine isle it's called Summer's Eve. Use it in the shower to wash yourself and it takes smells away. Also the if you do douche, use a vinegar and water solution, it's better than the smelly flower types, at least for inside your body, more cleansing.

Just wash with soap and water dont use anything else it can cause infections

let the following be your habbit.
1.wash vagina with water after every pee,and dry it well with clean dry towel(keep that in ur purse if u go out).
2.wash vagina externally with good soap once daily at least.
3.trim the hair arround the vagina opening and clit always, shaving is better.
4.use all cotten panties only, change them and the drying towel daily.
5.never allow your man to approach you if he is not very clean, including hands, mouth.
6.dont use deodorants or perfumes.
7.have a very good wash after the period ,dont wear panties for a day at least.be without panty for 2 houres a day.
8.wash after intercourse, dont wipe with paper tissues, sometimes they are contamenated.
this will insure you dont get any infection what so ever, there will be no odor at all,but a lovely and exiting fragrance.it will give you hell of confidance .& your man will be greatfull to me.cheers.
